For the first time anywhere in real estate, Meridian disrupted the traditional, bloated, expensive model of piecemeal content creation by replacing it with a 6 month or 1 year content subscription model for Compass luxury agents, dramatically lowering costs per video without sacrificing quality and actually improving content ROI by aligning it better with luxury agent marketing objectives.
